So if you weigh two hundred pounds and have twenty five percent body fat, and you wish to bring it down to fifteen percent, you would think that you could get out a calculator and do some simple math to determine how much you should weigh, right?

Wrong. Body fat reduction or gain It is not a linear ratio. Using our example above, a two hundred pound person may achieve a fifteen percent ratio at one hundred fifty pounds, in which case the fat would account for twenty-two and a half pounds.
